Chicken “Lezzet” stuffed

Ingredients

  • 2 “Lezzet” chicken breasts
  • 3 pieces of onions
  • 6-7 pieces of large mushrooms
  • 2 pieces of green bell pepper
  • 1 piece of yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup of green peas
  • ½ cup of canned corn
  • ½ bundle of parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground red pepper

Cooking method

Thoroughly beat the “Lezzet” chicken breast fillet with a meat hammer, dress with spices and set aside for 1 hour. Meanwhile, fry the onion by chopping into small cubes. Fry a little, then add chopped mushrooms and continue to fry. Add the peppers sliced as stripsinto the mixture and sauté.
Finally, add parsley, green peas and corn, dress with spices and finish cooking. Roll it into the “Lezzet” chicken breast fillet. Stick with toothpicks to keep it from falling apart. Grease, bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
