The “Lezzet Qida Senaye” Limited Liability Company, which pays great attention to the production of local products, has established in 2011 another production line – poultry operation and slaughtering of broiler chickens –, and founded “Lezzet Broiler” LLC.
“Lezzet Broiler” LLC is the largest poultry meat producer in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Such products as chicken in tray, chicken in pack, breast bone in, boneless breast, wings, leg quarter bone in, boneless leg quarter, back, oyster, sliced breast fillet, breast fillet on stick, chicken for soup, gizzard, liver, heart and mixed giblets are produced in this modern enterprise with an organized production process in accordance with the current market demand under the “Lezzet Broiler” brand. There are 8 farms for chicken growing with a total area of 9,000 sq. m. The production capacity of the enterprise in the areas for growing meat chickens is 123,000 (for 45 days) chickens. Farms are equipped with the modern technology. High quality feed is used for raising chickens.
Slaughter and packing of chickens is carried out in the production area of the enterprise. Slaughter line capacity – 1,500 heads of meat chickens per hour. Products packaged here are deeply frozen (-40°C -45°C) in shock-freezers specially built inside the facility and transferred to cold stores (-18°C) for protection.
